Birchtree’s twelfth Supper Club took place at the beautiful Woodlands Mansion. Located inside The Woodlands Cemetary, this one-of-a-kind 18th-century English pleasure garden, 19th-century rural cemetary, and modern green oasis is a staple of the bustling University City and West Philadelphia neighborhood. We wanted to embrace every seasonal fruit and veggie coming in, present some updated Southern style dishes, and keep things cool and spicy on this hot August evening.
