Local Ingredients and Sustainable Sourcing

All dairy, eggs, meats and cheeses are locally sourced. Fruits, vegetables and herbs are sourced locally whenever possible and all other produce is sourced from low- or no-spray U.S. farms. Seafood is carefully selected for sustainability and quality.

Seasonal Menus and Scratch Cooking

Birchtree’s approach to catering is building menus sourced from local ingredients, featuring foods prepared fresh and cooked from scratch. Our seasonal menus are curated for each event.

Local sourcing can be unpredictable due to weather patterns and farming conditions, so the Birchtree kitchen stays flexible throughout our menu planning. We confirm produce and herbs the week of your event, and we aim to simply give you the best flavors that the area has to offer.

We can accommodate all dietary preferences such as vegan, gluten-free, kosher style or vegetarian. Whether it’s an entire menu dedicated to your style or you want to make sure that all of your guests have options, we’ll find a balance for you.
