Our first step begins with preparing a curated proposal that has all of your needs included. We focus on the venue, your guest count, the time of year, and any variables that may effect your financial total. Although shopping for caterers can feel daunting and often hard to compare, we do our best to be thoughtful about your event so that you’re able to accurately account for all costs, and have a final bottom line number to work with for budgeting. Our proposals include everything we anticipate you’ll need for food and service.

Our BYO bar service includes everything but the alcohol. We’ll provide ice, mixers, barware, and liquor liability insurance, plus a buying guide to help with your purchasing. We employ certified bartenders for all service of alcohol, and your proposal includes one signature cocktail and wine service at your guest tables, if applicable. If your venue handles alcohol service or if you’re using a third-party vendor, we can exclude this from your proposal.
Each venue varies in what is needed for tables, chairs, linens, etc., so our proposal will detail what we need to bring in to execute your wedding based on your needs. You’ll have the opportunity to browse items to choose styles and colors for linen, china, flatware, and glassware, and any specialty items that you prefer. Proposals include delivery fees as they are determined by the venue.
Our excellent waitstaff, bartenders, chefs, and day-of coordinators are on site to set up, serve, and clean up. We typically arrive three hours before the wedding begins, and stay for one hour after.
