We hosted our 21st Supper Club at Bok in South Philly, using as many vendors that house their businesses there as possible. Each one brought a vital element to the evening and steered us in planning. We ended up with a table filled with color, wanting to celebrate the geometric shapes that define Bok.

We interlaced luxurious family style courses that filled the table with bold flavors with colorful small plates that focused on balanced flavors. The entire evening was designed around collaboration, so that each element from the food to the lighting to the music told a story and invited conversation.
