Our Winter Supper Club on 2/8 at the Inn at Grace Winery was captured beautifully by Brittney Raine Pendrick. We focused on a bright hearty meal that captured the cozy feel of the inn, while experimenting with new dishes such as Shrimp Chowder with cream and grits, and Charred Quail with current jam and pistachios.
