Birchtree partnered with Yards Brewing Company to deliver course… after course…after course of outstanding beer pairings, perfectly matched to our seasonal flavors. Our 5-course menu began with Lancaster Sweet Pea Salad and Pork Belly Jelly Donuts, and ended with Yards’ Root Beer Floats with Franklin Fountain Vanilla Ice Cream.
