Birchtree’s approach to catering is creating custom menus sourced from local ingredients. Our sample seasonal menus showcase some of our favorite items, or we can start from scratch and highlight family recipes, favorite flavor profiles, or cultural influences. Chef Rasa loves to talk about food, and some of her best menu inspirations have come from client collaborations.
We can accommodate all dietary preferences such as vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or vegetarian. Whether it’s an entire menu dedicated to your preference or you want to make sure that all of your guests have options, we’ll find a balance for you.

All dairy, eggs, meats and cheeses are locally sourced. Fruits, vegetables and herbs are sourced locally whenever possible and all other produce is sourced from low- or no-spray U.S. farms. Seafood is carefully selected for sustainability and quality.
